When contacting support, please provide as much detail as possible on your issue so we can expedite its resolution. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages to help us understand your problem.
You can also leave a voicemail with the support team at 1-800-213-1207; however, for we recommend you contact us through one of the above methods first as it is the quickest way to get in touch and allows us to better document and assign your support team.
