Easily set up Single Sign-On (SSO) through SAML 2.0 for secure access to your ScaleGrid account.

Configure SAML

• In order to enable SAML, you must first create your ScaleGrid account.
• Next, follow the steps to configure your SAML identity provider (IdP).
  • Azure AD
  • Idaptive
  • JumpCloud
• Email [email protected] to provide the following information:
  • IdP Entity ID / Issuer
  • Signing Certificate file
  • Single Sign-On URL
  • Single Logout URL
• ScaleGrid support will configure SAML login for your account, and confirm when it's enabled.
• Login using the “Login with SAML” button on ScaleGrid console login page.
