Text Message Notifications

You can add additional mobile phone numbers to your ScaleGrid account for notifications. Check out these pages if you're looking to add email, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, or Slack notifications to your account.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Notifications > Phone Numbers:

447 — Step 1: Navigate to the Phone Numbers section under Settings

Step 2: Add a valid mobile number in the input box and click the Add button.

Step 3: Once you have added the mobile number, it will show up in the list of phone numbers below. You can also delete mobile numbers if they are wrongly added.

Step 4: Click on the Save button to save your phone number list.
