Trial Accounts & Limitations
At ScaleGrid, we provide a free 30-day trial so you can explore all the features in our fully managed DBaaS plans to decide whether our platform is right for you. No credit card required to sign up, simply enter your email and a new password to get access to your own personal database management and monitoring console.
In addition to the DBaaS platform and all its features, we also provide several different support plans. Have a look at our website for more info on what might suit you and your needs.
Supported DBaaS Trials
Activate your account
Activate your account at any time by clicking the "Activate" button in the top bar of the console to enter a payment method.
Free DBaaS Trial Restrictions
The entire ScaleGrid platform is available to you during your free 30-day trial, with just a few restrictions by plan type:
Dedicated Hosting Trials
- Only standalone Micro instances are supported during the trial period.
- Clone, Peek at Backup, and Scaling are not supported during the trial period.

Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) Trials
There are no limitations during the trial period.

Shared Hosting Trials
- Autoscaling of RAM is disabled in the trial period.
- Peek at Backup is not allowed during the trial period.

General Trial Restrictions
- If a payment method has not been entered by the end of your free 30-day trial period, your cluster will be automatically deleted.
